La Mandruzza

Agroecological olive oil farm.

Started for fun in 2020 by Federico, La Mandruzza is now becoming a proper farm where we grow olive trees following an agroecological approach and a small size productive dimension with the aim to produce a high quality olive oil.

We like to share knowledge and experience and we are an open dimension: everybody can come in the working period (harvest, october and november, and pruining, january-march), stay and work with us, learn, and share part of the result.
