HASERA Permaculture Learning Center

Our farm is an exemplary Permaculture farm. A permaculture-based farm design incorporates a number of principles and practices to create a sustainable, self-sufficient, and resilient system. It involves using natural patterns and design principles, and integrating a wide variety of elements in mutually beneficial relationships. HASERA is a living exmample of Permaculture in action.

Our main objective is to offer a practical learning site for Sustainable Agriculture, Sustainable Development and Permaculture. We welcome all enthusiastic travelers, Students, Researchers, Development Workers and Farmers to stay with us and share learning.

The following three are the major objectives of HASERA:
1. To generate knowledge base on sustainable agriculture, sustainable development & Permaculture
2. To practice the promising tools and techniques of Permaculture in different localities to verify them
3. To disseminate the proven knowledge and technologies to the global communities through trainings

The major services we provide at HASERA are training courses on permaculture, farmstay / homestay and learning program, community seed bank and nursery, farm designing, thesis research support for students, organic certificaiton services, eco-pad production at Dhartimata Sustainable Workshop and many more.
