"Our garden is thoughtfully designed following permaculture principles, creating a sustainable ecosystem that works in harmony with nature. By fostering and optimizing natural cycles, we cultivate a diverse range of vegetables and berries that can nourish up to 50 families with fresh, organic produce. This holistic approach not only ensures productivity but also enriches the soil and supports local biodiversity.

As part of a larger farm spanning over 25 hectares, our operations integrate seamlessly with other activities. The land is home to grazing cattle that contribute to soil fertility and promote regenerative agriculture. We also engage in arable farming, growing a variety of crops, and maintain an advanced composting facility. This facility allows us to recycle organic waste into nutrient-rich compost, which is returned to the soil to sustain its health and vitality. Together, these elements form a resilient, self-sustaining system that embodies the core values of permaculture: care for the earth, care for people, and the fair sharing of resources."
