Finca Del Soul is a 3.52-hectare vegan permaculture farm (within Badass Fruiterrarist Land) that we have been restoring since late 2023, featuring 2 homes, several bodegas, natural springs and small streams, flat and sloping land, recovering jungle, a bamboo infestation, a leaf-cutter ant colony, a variety of fruit trees, as well as some pasture land and coffee and cacao plantations that are being reforested with fruit trees, flowers, and a variety of other edible and beneficial plants.

This project doesn’t generate any money; it is purely driven by the objective of restoring a portion of the Amazon Rainforest to a dense forest ecosystem by transforming monoculture plantations and cattle pasture into a biodiverse and self-sustaining food forest paradise – a Garden of Eatin’ 😋 – along with conservation and regeneration of native forest and vegetation.

We employ syntropic agroforestry methods in order to nourish our food forest with an abundance of mulch while developing a multi-layered canopy to shelter many different forms of life.

Total liberation for humans and animals is one of our most important values.

We are here to grow a radical abundance of food, reforest this part of the Amazon, and live freely in peace with nature. We welcome volunteers who would like to experience the Amazon and contribute their energy to improving the environment while learning about and gaining experience in food forestry.
