Keyline terraces with berry bushes planted along the edges

The vegetable garden lays at a hill facing south. We have a high proportion of sand in the soil and don't want to have to irrigate in the long term. We therefore want to keep the water on the ground for as long as possible and have terraced the steepest part along the contour line. The edges of the terraces are planted with berry bushes.
